Q. Why such a sensational deal?
A. The Resort Sponsor is able to offer a price that is not available to the general public. Since you will be attending the 90-120 minute resort preview tour, the sponsor realizes that you or an acquaintance may be interested in their ownership offerings. You are under no obligation to buy or join anything. Your decision, regardless of choice is expressly honored and respected. The tour agents are there to help you have a great time and enjoy your resort tour. Many of our clients have told us the tour was one of the highlights of the trip!

Q. When are my travel
dates confirmed?
A. After you make a request for travel dates it will take no more than 72 hours to receive the confirmation of availability from the Resort/hotel. At this point payment of the package must be made and a reservation letter signed must be return (in this letter will be stated all the qualifications that are required and all the details of the travelers, such as dates, amount of nights, etc.) I work directly with the vacations clubs, hotels, resorts and many other call centers and travel agents. My clients are #1 priority, I know how important are your vacation and we are committed to help you plan your vacations without any surprises or problems.
A. After you make a request for travel dates it will take no more than 72 hours to receive the confirmation of availability from the Resort/hotel. At this point payment of the package must be made and a reservation letter signed must be return (in this letter will be stated all the qualifications that are required and all the details of the travelers, such as dates, amount of nights, etc.) I work directly with the vacations clubs, hotels, resorts and many other call centers and travel agents. My clients are #1 priority, I know how important are your vacation and we are committed to help you plan your vacations without any surprises or problems.
Q: What documents do I have to bring with me
when I check in?
A: The hotel voucher that it will be sends to your
email. The resorts & hotels request a credit card for any incidental
charges. You can call the resorts/hotel prior your check in to reconfirm your
reservation once you have the hotel voucher from us.
Q: Do I have to bring my income taxes to prove my
income?
A: At the moment of the reservation your individual
or combined annual income will be ask as a way to qualify you for this
offer. At the tour you will be ask the same question just for
information purposes and to validate that you qualify for the offer but no
documentation will be required.
Q: What's the catch?
A: There is no catch. This is a real vacation package. The only
condition to get this sensational price is that you have to take the 90-120 minute
presentation and meet all the qualification requirements.
Q: Can I bring my kids to the tour?
A: If you are married or living together, both
husband and wife have to attend to the sales presentation. If you are traveling
with kids you can take them with you to the tour; normally the sponsor resorts
have kids room with playgrounds, crayons, toys and supervised activities.
Q: Can I purchase more nights or add more travelers?
A: Yes. The resort also offers discounted rates to
add nights or travelers, but we still have to meet all the Vacation Club
restrictions and guidelines
Q: Can I buy more than 1 package for a family member
or a friend?
A: Yes. There are some restrictions and they must meet the qualifications.

Q: What if I need to change my travel dates or cancel my
vacation package?
A: All vacation packages I offered can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Depending on the vacation Club Restriction might be fees that apply. The vacation package is non-refundable with the only exception that your reservation cannot be confirmed by the Vacation Club; in this case I will make a refund and only charge a 15% in administration fees If for any reason you cannot use this package on the original travel dates, the package will place on hold for 1 year to use it at any time. All bookings must be made 21 days in advance, subject to availability.

Details & Requirements of Participation
• Client must be a resident of the United States
or Canada.(does not include residents from the province of Quebec,
Canada)
• Client must be married between the ages of 30 and 65 years old or Cohabitant couples must be living together for more than 2 years between the ages of 35 to 65 years old and both husband and wife must attend the sales presentation. (Only one participant must meet the age requirement) Single women between the ages of 35 and 65 years old traveling with their kids.
• Client must have a combined family annual income equal to $50,000 USD, $70,000 USD, $90,000 USD depending on the resort of your choosing.
• Must bring ID's with same home address or proof of marriage if ID's don't match
• All participants must present at least 1 Major credit card at check in (American Express, Visa or MasterCard). No Discovery, Check or Atm Cards.
• Must not have attended a presentation at any of the hotel operator’s resorts in the last 24 months.
• Client cannot be part of a group or traveling with a companion that is also a Client of the Promotion. More than two COUPLES traveling together era excluded from this promotion. Groups larger than four adults and four children are also excluded from this promotion.
• Participants are not qualified if they are staying at another resort and taking another presentation during this trip.
• No military personal, religious ministers or pastors
• This offer is not valid for any airline employees, hospitality employees, travel agents or vacation ownership industry employees.
• Married, Cohabitant and Gay couples must attend and complete 90-120 minutes of the sales presentation together.
• Must speak English or Spanish fluently and be their first language.
• Must be gainfully employed or proof of self-employment.
• Client must be married between the ages of 30 and 65 years old or Cohabitant couples must be living together for more than 2 years between the ages of 35 to 65 years old and both husband and wife must attend the sales presentation. All reservations are subject to hotel
availability and confirmation. Please do not purchase airline tickets until you
receive written confirmation of your travel dates. All sales are final.
Vacation package is non-refundable; if offer cannot be used, client can change
the date or leave it open for a full 12 month. Fees may apply to any date
changes or cancellations please consult.
VIP Tours: We
do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. No tours on the first day. The
tours are normally conducted the day after arrival and you are committed to
90-120 minutes non-obligation to buy. We cannot guarantee tour time. You can’t
book any other tours or excursion that day. Tour times will be assigned at time
of guest check-in for the welcome center, where you must present your
confirmation letter, id’s and credit card. Married and cohabiting couples MUST
attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical
address.
If you fail to complete your tour of the resort, fail to meet the qualifications or be truthful about your qualifying information, attempt group travel then your card will be charged accordingly the full rack rate at the time of travel.
